Requirment for 2008 nomination: if you're there on 1/6, you must contest

Let's get the word out to all Presidential want-a-bes that if they want the 2008 nomination and they're in the House or Senate, they MUST contest - regardless of whether it makes a difference.

2. Yay! We have our IWR vote for 2008.
And obviously no one who voted for the IWR had a prayer of getting the nomi....what? ..... he did?....shit, never mind.
