Question- did someone tinker with OH. S.oS. numbers?

I remember seeing that candidate for State supreme Court C. Ellen Connely received 250,000 more votes than Kerry.

A VERY unlikely scenario.

But on the Ohio Secretary of State's website, she does not seem to... even though I could swear I saw the numbers before.

I already know that if I were Ken Blackheart, I would have changed the number to cover up, but does anyone know the truth?
