Does anyone have info on Belmont County OH recount??

I just read this in the Judiciary report:

In Belmont County, the Deputy Director of Elections stated that her county had hired an independent programmer ("at great expense") to reprogram the counting machines so that they would only count votes for President during the recount.

Does anyone have more information on this? Links, anything... This is my county and this is the first I'm hearing of an independent programmer.

The Deputy Director (she's a Repug) seems to be the mouthpiece for Belmont County. If you recall, Belmont Cty threw out an astonishing 42% of provisional ballots and this lady made some nasty comment like, "We aren't mind readers" when she was questioned about it.

3. At the Jackson Rally Fitrakas mentioned Lucas County -- they

already had some other people resign. Don't know if that is what you are referring to, though
