Poll question: Should contesting the election be a litmus test for Democratic leaders
If Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi do not care enough about the voters to contest the election, perhaps they should resign and allow leadership with courage to take over. What do you think?

1. Yes, but we need to stop calling Democrats "the minority"!
Fraudulent elections 2000, 2002 and 2004, all favoring BushCons. They don't have a legitimate majority. They are NOT the majority in the country. They have LOST the last two presidential elections, the most recent one likely by a landslide.

But I do agree that, if the Dems don't stand up in force tomorrow and SERIOUSLY challenge this election, they WILL BECOME the minority party, real fast.

2. Any Democratic Senator that won't contest is an irredeemable coward.
Nothing that Senator can do can ever make up for it. Case closed.

4. Stick with them 'till we can elect something better in, but
definitely get them out of leadership positions.

6. Boxer signed the challenge! BOXER SIGNED THE CHALLENGE!
...if you want a Senator with balls, you know where to find her.

3. Here's my response for ANY member of the 109th US Congress...
....who fails to support a halt and an investigation before certifying the 2004 national election:

Short form:

1. you will be removed from office -- best case scenario.

2. you will be removed from office and go to jail for aiding and abetting numerous crimes against our fellow citizens as they either attempted to vote or had their votes intentionally mis-tabulated.

Your choice Ms and Mr Congressfolk; your choice, make it car fully.

Peace.

5. if you make it a litmus test, you'll have slim pickings
You have to recognize the political realities of the particular states the politicians represent. If they are from the South, expecting them to contest is to ask them to commit political suicide. If you're talking about New Yorkers or Californians (depending on the district), you can expect more from them.
