Cspan is blue screen in Stillwater OK

4. Cspan2 is fine

but Cspan is still blue screen. You can hear audio for a few seconds if you switch channels, then it disappears.

3. it happens here to when there is anything that is anti -right on

it either goes blue screen or flashes in and out and is unwatchable. It always clears up as soon as the 'threat' is gone.
