My message to my senator:
Mr. Wyden,
Today I'm very disappointed to call myself your constituent. I just finished watching the Ohio vote debate on C-span to find that only ONE senator was willing to put herself on the line for the sake of fairness and what is right. If there were on issue for you to stand up for, this would have been it. You and the other Democratic senators that did not stand up for the voting rights of United States citizens have lost credibility forever. I was hanging on to the Democratic Party by a string, and now I'm repulsed at the fact that I actually voted for such a bunch of scared, backstabbing politicians. For not representing my interests, you have lost my vote to third party candidates who, even though they won't win, will, unlike yourself, voice a righteous opinion and represent the ideology that they preach.
