Poll question: Of those who chose "it was a good day" on Will's poll...
Edited on Thu Jan-06-05 05:25 PM by Blue Christmas
As a former sociology major, I'm just interested in further specifying Will Pitt's poll to see how much the viewing of the House or Senate debates (or both or neither) affected the way people feel about the outcome. It might not have any effect whatsoever - I'm just curious...

edited to include "other" option (I never said I was a GOOD sociology major...)

2. Actually, I watched all of the Senate and then finished up in the House.
Which wasn't an option, so I picked "Senate."

And I'm one happy camper. :D

4. need an other category
I did not get to watch either. I did watch the vote and the press conference given by the black caucus. But I did not get to watch either as of yet. I had a friend tape it though so I will watch it later.

7. Then you are skewing the poll sample
The question was for those who believe it was a GOOD day.

9. I switched back and forth
When a Repub came up and I got nauseous, I switched to the other chamber. Not interested in hearing them lie - I wanted to hear someone fight for my right to vote.

12. DITTO!! lol
Not proud of selective listening, but nothing the Repugs said had any basis in fact.

11. Both
I had the House on the TV and the Senate on the computer, streaming from CSpan. My neck is killing me from swiveling back and forth. My brain got quite a workout also trying to keep track of two speeches at the same time. I taped both, so I'll watch them over separately later.

13. Wow!
It seems relatively clear that we at DU are a legion of multitaskers (disclaimer: this poll has a margin of error of +/- 50% :D )
