3. That was the most awful part of |
|
today's "debate." Sickening to watch Dem after Dem stating that chimp "won" the election, even while they were talking about disenfranchised voters and questionnable voting machines. How can they be so goddamn naive?

The format went something like ....voting irregularities, shrub won...voting irregularities, shrub won... How can one be sure that shrub won if there are voting irregularities? Are they all f*cking psychic or what?

The Democrat Senators all feel the need to be sure any potential sound byte includes them saying "Bush won, of course,..."
But you know, we are all guilty too = we all WANT the democrats to regain power in the house and Senate. We are willing to sacrifice a lot for that. Today, the sacrifice was truth. We don't know there was intentional fraud (at least not computer manipulation) but we know it deserves to be investigated. But are we willing to sacrifice a seat in the Senate for a potentially important investigation? Remember, even if there is guilt, its possible that it would never be uncovered.
Personally, I don't care if we lose every seat. The messy ocean of U.S. politics always comes in waves and it will turn around at some point. I would rather know I was supporting people with integrity even if it costs them significant votes from the moderates who don't want the boat rocked.

7. Unfortunately, he did win. By fraud. But the certification was his win. |
|
That cannot be denied, and splitting hairs about the words marginalizes us with the 'sore loser' frame.
We can fight this battle, but it's gotta be on a more subtle level. This is playing against the GOP strong angle. Not advised.

8. But he has won....technically. |
|
He cheated, but by virtue of being able to take office he "won." People just need to know it's an illegitimate victory.
