HEY! STOP COMPLAINING. WE ACCOMPLISHED A CHALLENGE!!! |
|
The first time in HOW MANY years!?!?!?! WE STOOD UP. Take a win once and a while won't ya? Would you rather that NO senator stood up?#!!! Frying crying out loud -- WE MADE HISTORY TODAY!!!
That's the first step. They never thought we could convince anyone to stand up for us -- BUT WE DID. ***WE**** did it. Don't you realize that? Be proud. Ok, so we didn't knock down the whole mountain. Sure, there's always room for improvement. I'm proud of what we accomplished.
So stop complaining for a couple of hours and pat yourself on the back. Celebrate a little!!!
I, for one, am going to buy a six-pack tonite and I never drink during the week!

Some people have to whine/stay angry at something/someone. The GOP are not the only party that has dysfunctional elements. Also, never underestimate the efforts of some trolls, though no doubt many doomsday sayers are just terminal whiners.

2. There were so many threads predicting that NO ONE would stand up |
|
Senator Barbara Boxer did!!
It took a tremendous amount of courage for her to stand up against the bushita crime family. It was easier for others to just not say a thing -- but there were brave Congressmen and women and Senators who stood up and detailed the vote fraud.
We do have power -- and if we work together democrats will listen to us.
However, democracy is still dead. And the Corporate media mostly isn't covering this historic day.
There is still one party rule -- and it is up to the youngsters to re-create some sort of democracy in the future. The version of democracy we knew is dead and gone.

5. NBC Nightly News is covering it! |
|
"Something that's only happened once before since 1877" happened today on Capitol Hill.
THAT, my friends, is a VICTORY!
(If anybody else is on MST - hurry and turn it on right now. It's coming up right after this commercial break.)

6. I didn't hear it but it doesn't sound like they really stood up; though |
|
I guess what they did might have been better than nothing. But I don't see the point of doing something halfway. The widespread fraud was well documented and it appears nothing is going to be done about it. I hope some at least document some of the blatant malfeasance and fraud and follow up on it.
