MoveOn has lists for precincts all over the country |
|
I personally worked on the GOTV effort here in my precinct in MN. They asked us to go door-to-door in our precincts and canvass "infrequent Democratic voters" so we could see if they planned to vote and if so for Kerry. They kept a complete database showing who would vote Kerry and who would vote Bush, or if they weren't going to vote or were undecided. We had to fill out all of this information. We have names, addresses and phone numbers.
They should be able to show percentages in each precinct of the number who would vote Kerry and compare this to the actual percentages of who voted Kerry in each precinct.
We could also recontact these people to see how they actually voted.

"Diebold optical scan in Minnesota are associated with one of the anomalies that is on our "A" list. Optical scans in Florida are also tied up with an "A" list problem." http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=printer_friendly&forum=104&topic_id=2611336&mesg_id=2614629

If true that could be plenty to give Kerry the victory

...the databases are by no means complete, and contain a fair number of errors. One of our primary tasks was IDing intentions, party, and validity of new registrants and infrequent voters.

4. This would also be useful |
|
for the research on FL county anomalies. Can you contact someone inside MoveOn and see if any of that data is available?

5. I was a precinct leader but had no one on my team |
|
except the driver who gave rides to the polls. I have kept all my info. One thing unusual about my precinct was that there was no one else outside; no one handing out literature, nothing.
The MoveOn table was at the entrance and basically everyone "checked in" with me. I was there from 5am until 7pm and if I could see my precinct totals I promise I could tell how legit they were. I was in a precinct with a predominantly African American population. Now how do we get the info from the polls?

7. In 2002 , they robbed Mondale who was 9 pts ahead in exit polls |
|
(soon after they killed Wellstone that is). That must be that morality they keep talking about.
