I am not disillusioned that Kerry will be inaugurated on the 20th.

I do believe, however, that we have not yet heard the last gasp of our efforts.

... that we have not heard the last gasp of our efforts. This is just the beggining, and it is a very good begining. I was talking to a republican today at work that voted for Bush, and I was shocked when he brought up voter fraud here in Ohio. He felt that there was fraud in Ohio, and I was surprised to find out what he had heard and learned about the problems in Ohio and else where.

But.. in regards to the law suit.. I think Moyer will find another reason to throw it out and that will be the end of it. Lets hope that Kerry can get his voter reform bill passsed very soon.
