Repukes are in control, why would they change the election process? |
|
It WORKS for them. Why should we and our congress critters think that anything will EVER be changed? Remember the Rush Holt paper trail bill? How far did that go? They had enough signatures to get it to the floor and the repukes refused to let the bill get to the floor of the House. They don't want a paper trail. If they don't want a paper trail. we will NEVER have a trail. Nothing is ever going to be changed now unless they can prove fraud. They will rule forever. The thought of THAT turns my stomach. :puke:

3. Where's your post? How do you FORCE the repukes |
|
to do anything? They control the WH, Congress and the SCOTUS. Just asking.
We must PROVE fraud.
Now I'll go look for your post. ;)

2. they arent going to change |
|
and because we know they arent and the media isnt going to help, we have to somehow unite to spread the word and let the people know. will do a couple things, taint the repugs who people already assume steal votes. people arent so surprised when you say it. then we have to encourage them to actually be offended and mad their vote doesnt matter to repug. also this will allow the spreading message of what a piss poor media we have and they are NOT liberal media. just another example of how they cannot be seen in that manner

Hell, it was cockroach Delay who said there is no way Holts bill was going to see the light of day. This is why what Boxer, Jones, Conyers and others did was so great. They have started the discussion that many plan on pushing to the public until scum like DeLay, Hastert, Frist and the rest have to give it a vetting process.
The Ohio investigations are still ongoing and there is no doubt in my mind as they dig they will finally get to something resembling a smoking gun. In the case of Moss ( in Ohio) he claims to have the smoking gun but it's in the Ohio stacked court system as of now. Eventually he will land in a court removed from Ohio's corrupt system.

Eventually he will land in a court removed from Ohio's corrupt system. Though it DOES seem as though they have already stacked the courts with RW judges. The whole thing is frightening. They control the state courts, we're screwed. Big time.

6. The only shot we had, and that was a long one, |
|
was to have stood up en masse yesterday and refused to certify Ohio. * would still have been certified by Congress, but a point would have been made and a movement begun that could not be ignored. We would have had the media all over our election fraud issue. We could have held the bully pulpit for a long time, and broadcast our concerns around the nation and world. Of course that didn't happen because the pink tutus know exactly where their corporate bread is buttered: on george bush's side. Our cowardly Dem leaders, particularly the Senators, did not WANT to defy the status quo. * is in and they seem perfectly happy with that fact. :puke:
It would take a virtual miracle for me to trust that party again. Electing Dean as DNC chair would be a good start though.

8. I'm a Clarkie, and fought tooth and nail here for his nomination. |
|
After Clark dropped out, I supported Kerry over Dean in the nomination process. I thought Kerry was more electable, ha ha, although I was angry over his IWR vote. Now, I am bitterly disappointed with his the Dem leadership's response to this latest stolen election. In contrast, Dean, like Clark, has demonstrated he's willing to stand up to the the powers that be and do what's right for our country. That counts for everything to me right now.
If I had it to do over again, I would still support the General over all the other candidates. But, I think that given the alternative of Kerry over Dean I would definitely choose Dean.
But no this isn't all about Dean. Putting him in place as DNC chair would simply help the Democratic Party gain my trust and support again. For what that's worth.
