2. He highly praised Barbara Boxer, calling her a "profile in courage"
and was generally positive about calling attention to the voting problems.

4. I find his antics on the show to be very tiresome and neither
funny nor particualarly hard hitting. I think he has done his job to get AAR up and running, but it's time for him to step aside. Morning Sedition, however is absolutely fantastic!

5. I listened...unfortunately..
Edited on Fri Jan-07-05 10:05 AM by itzamirakul
he did speak of the "courage" of Senator Boxer and a few words about the need for such an objection, but it was really hard for him to do since he opposed any check into voting irregularities in the first place.

I won't forget that right after the election he said that there were no problems and that Bush had won and we should just "get over it."

Listening to him is tantamount to mental torture.

Edit for spelling error

6. I don't think he opposed any check into voting irregularities,
he just didn't talk about it on his show a lot. That's what Rhodes and Malloy are for.

And by the way, he never said "get over it."

8. I don't know what YOU do, but I work from home and I keep AAR
on from 5:30 AM until at least 6PM...so I know what I heard.

9. The Al Franken show was better when Al was in Iraq
and Thom Hartmann filled in, in his place. I get embarrassed by the 'traps' he sets at least once a week.

:-(

7. Al is the same as the spineless democratic senators
What the hell are they protecting?

the system is broke. And yet Al and the wimp democrats keep going back
like a beaten wife to her spouse. "I know he really loves me."

And bush and Co. just laugh at us and exploit our weakness.
