1. You know I have been wondering about that.
Let the election go on, we know Democrats were waiting for fraud. When the election is stolen hit them in the chops come December and January. It was fundamentally an invalid election the winner was not legally a candidate. Smart, legal, sneaky, plausible.

Probably wishful thinking

3. i dont care to fight this with legal gimmicks
Edited on Sat Nov-06-04 11:08 AM by bullimiami
he had the right to be on the ballot regardless of the technicalities and we have the right to a free and fair election, and to have the votes counted properly.

i dont care to take this to court either. it needs to be fought in public opinion, in the media, in the bars and at work and eventually on the streets with protest and civil disobediance when needed. we need to deny the validity of this and call others to do the same.

the courts are useless as we saw in 2000 and the scotus has a corrupt majority.

4. what happened to that story
Why wasn't there a legal challenge to keep W off the ballot, when he obviously did not qualify for elections according to the Florida law. His papers were turned in LATE
