Now that the recount is over can journalists do a hand recount of |

Ohio, like they did in Florida in 2000? Will the ballots be available for this? Does anyone know Ohio's law on this?

Kerry never did nor did anyone else look at the 93,000 ballots in Ohio where no vote were cast for president. What happened to every vote must count?

3. Depends on the definition of "every vote" |
|
Which apparently now means, "only votes that are Republican approved".

4. Well, due to the unbelievably lax security the "ballots" were given... |

I'm not sure what they would be counting...ballots or counterfeits.

Lots of those votes were on machines. There were no ballots.

8. Ohio's law doesn't make any difference to Blackwell |
|
There was exactly one county in Ohio where a hand re-count was done. Ken Blackheart tried to prevent a "real" re-count at every turn. Numerous laws were ignored in the fictional re-count that supposedly took place. I don't think there is a chance that the ballots would be available to anyone for re-counting.
