I searched Ohio recount contest and got several hits, including:

Want a silly quote from a congressman on a given topic? This is where you search. Especially the AM comments (forget their official title, but some are funny).

This one is via Thomas at the LOC (Library of Congress) and is the official version of the Congressional Record.
