Ray Beckerman is actually a New York lawyer who volunteered to monitor the 2004 election in Ohio, and immediately realized something terrible had gone wrong.

The way Beckerman pulls together evidence, Blackwell the Bogus could end up behind bars!

13. Did Moyers rule that the machines could be destroyed on the

12/29? I thought he ruled that they couldn't have an expediated consideration of their motion to preserve. Also, didn't the Ohio AG render an opinion that stated the machines and the ballots had to be preserved so that they could be inspected by interested parties after the canvassing?
