I would love to hear how your day went.

Ask anything. I am currently eating so I have some time to burn.

2. Long day. Started at 5:30 AM and we had the last voter at 1 AM
Wed. Nov. 3. We had 2 precincts in our polling place and every 30 minutes we policed the lines to make sure everyone was in the right place. I am happy to say that everyone in line at 7:30 was able to vote, so we must have done something right.

3. question
How many people would you estimate left the lines rather than wait to vote?

4. I couldn't really tell you. We were very busy at the front of the line.
I know nobody left after 7:30. We had nearly 900 people vote in just our precinct. That is almost tripple our previous high.

6. Well that is a critical stat
(the people who left the line) and you can be sure that they did.

I saw four people leave the line I was in, midday, and it was "only" a one hour wait. Naturally many people could not afford to take that much time off work.

and the only complaint at our site that was posted was about long lines.
