Is is true that other countries have recall elections? If many do, it just shows how behind we are!
If it is discovered that an elected official was elected by fraud and disenfranshisement to such as scale that it effected the outcome by 2/3 of the official's term, a recall election must be held at two months maximum after the discovery
My made up ammendent....if only......

2. This should be a given |

How we can allow an illegitimate election to stand is disgusting.

then you accomplish the same thing by pressuring Congress to impeach. With a Repug congress and Senate, they would never have the balls to impeach one of their own unless their own political futures were seriously threatened.
That being said, I do wish we had more powers to undo our mistakes. Our so-called "government of the people" might still give us more of a voice that other governments, but it takes so much effort to move and change things the slightest amount. If it is proven to enough people that we made a mistake, now or at anytime, we shouldn't be forced to live with that mistake for four years, just because the wheels of government turn so slowly, or worse, because they are ultimately turned by so few.

5. But after impeachment, |

Cheney would be the next president
But in theory if you rip off the mask of a monster, the monster will run away. In other words if Bush is impeached, the whole cabal will resign in shame of it's true identity being revealed and soon everything that we had know ever since the coup appeared on the horizions would be known to almost the entire U.S population, probably leaving Norman Mineta, who would take care of the remaining cabal and become the first Asian president :bounce:.

it should be determined how many have gained their office by the fraud and each and every one of them should be impeached at the same time.

7. The parlimentary doesn't need recall |
|
Most countries do not use our system. They use a parlimentary rather than presidental system. So the government can hold new elections whenever there is lose of confidence.
