folks have been traumatized bigtime by all this. Maybe we all have to a degree.

Given that this board has very specific and wise rules, I wonder if it's useful to ask people to be quiet or not express their anger or frustration or to make fun of them with violins. (Although, honestly, I've been a rollercoaster. I'm mad, I'm down, I'm just fine, I laugh at ME and take out my cello!) Trauma takes a little while to heal up.

What about a truce on making fun of upset people and mostly trying to move in a positive direction, on stuff we can agree on?

We don't always have to agree 100% or even be in the same mood (rolling my good eye) to work on something that will make us all feel better. Like your video project or my 1/20 project.
