OK--Florida statute about provisional ballots

Does NOT say they can be thrown out.

It says that if it is determined the ballot has been rejected it shall remain in the envelope containing the Provisional Ballot Voter's Certificate and Affirmation and the envelope shall be marked "Rejected as Illegal".
