Americans Look Here
Its really time for you guys to go on the offensive.

Why the Republicans are showing you how in Washington. Really they going to subpoena the voters.

About time to hit every part of the country with suspected voter fraud with lawsuit.

Can I say People versus the BOE. ( Lawyers do comment)

Objective to make BOE prove that your vote was counted.
For area that has no paper trails its going to stink so bad.
The case of negligence. Was step taken to prevent this. Look at Bills in congress that got obstructed by this.

Does people has the right to demand to view their vote to ensure that it is not tamper with?

Vote thrown out. Does people has the right to contest wheather their vote is valid.

Vote switching can they not demand prove that it was counted as it should be and was not switch?

Full scale attack on 1 county where the stink is really bad.
Get a petition sign for full disclosure. Voters roll, vote tally
proof of result like hand count for every single vote cast.
Onus of proof lies with BOE to show that result can be trusted if not then REVOTE.

Well the Democrat party can either support or they dont, dont matter its a people action.

You all donated US 234 million to help the Democrat party. Can you not raise the fund for this case. Is there not enough lawyers in DU or elsewhere who take this as a just cause to fight.

I say if you are serious then get together and act. Hit them nation wide. The sheer numbers of lawsuit by the people against the BOE will be enough to drive them nuts.

1. It's too late to overturn the election. The results have been certified.
I have a bad feeling it's just going to be more of the same in the years to come from the Democratic Party. I hope I'm proved wrong.

5. Hey
It not about the election, its about voting reform, about voting fraud, about proving that this election stinks, its about people getting disgusted enough to act as a whole, its about taking the offensive so that the true will be reveal in all its glory.

And when it does, does it really matter if Bush is certified. The facts is once the people take this action both parties are in for a rough time. Then they need to ask themself what kind of shits will hit the fan and what kind of stand they need to take to save their ass.

12. Certified doesn't mean we can't expose the fraud, and go from there,
does it? If the evidence convinces enough people, we can throw all of the evil bastards into the prison for life. Stealing elections is espionage and treason, plain and simple, and I don't think there's a statute of limitations for treason.

Otherwise it will be more of the same from the Republican Party and/or the secret fascist government.

3. This is the current complaint of breaking Republicans If it were national
Edited on Wed Jan-12-05 03:51 AM by mordarlar
They would support it many have said. They feel it is too partisan. I know many do not care if they care but it is larger numbers. This is going to be necessary in the long run. It is more letters to Congress and the courts.

11. Right
It need to be a people action. Haha I like to see then trying to attack the people.Oh they will they call them names. However a massive numbers of lawsuit file all over the place means they have to call a lot of people names.... hmm stinky PR for the Republicans Party if they do that. They need the vote from the people and they better get the message.

4. I also had this idea, but I'm not a lawyer.
Some lawyers I've spoken to say that WE the voters, must prove that our votes weren't counted. I think we can prove that there is uncertainty since the BOE's have NO idea what these machines are actually doing and they can't prove that the votes were counted as cast. That should be enough, but I'm not a lawyer.

Election lawyers always think in terms of what would change the outcome of an election. They only look at MARGINS. This is obsolete thinking in the world of electronic voting. Margins don't mean anything. The vote can be hacked to look like a landslide! But I don't think these lawyers get it. Prove me wrong counselors!

6. Haha
And who has the record of this. The BOE. They got to show you proof that it was counted.I like to see the judge who will set the precedent that voters are not allow to counter check and ask BOE to show this proof. However if they cant then.... lawyers go have fun.

13. Democrat is not an adjective.
Not to be rude to our friendly overseas visitor, but the Republicans snidely refer to us as the "Democrat Party" to imply that we are somehow less than democratic.

Those of us who are aware of this linguistic mockery find it irritating as hell.

I'm not sure that a major challenge to this election is going to be possible or necessary at this point.

I think we need to use public records requests to have citizen recounts. Then we will have everything we need to sue their pants off.

17. Okay, heads up, everyone, crmballistics says "It's over."
We should all listen to crmballistics and give up, because democracy is not important, nor is our vote. All our time, effort, dollars, heart and soul poured into keeping the faith that our forefathers handed down to us that would distinguish American government from a banana republic(an), forget about it now. Just forget about it.

Get your SUV and go for a cruise on your city streets, or grab your remote and sit in front of the TV, but whatever you do, make sure that crmballistic's mantra remains with you night and day, "It's over."

/sarcasm off

21. Personally, I think we should do the same in Florida and subpoena
all the absentee ballots. Ask them if they also voted in their precinct.

20. Great idea
But how do you put it into reality? One huge lawsuits from all the voters? Or individual suits? If enough people were to sue, it couldn't be ignored.

22. Do you guys have
Legal Aid organisation. Basically these are association set up to help ordinary people who cant afford legal fee. Lawyers help there by contributing their time. A good place to explore for lawyers who is willing to fight for a just cause.
