I Hate CNN - too bought to print what Arnebeck really said.
"Arnebeck said Tuesday the voters couldn't expect to win the suit given the congressional certification of the electoral votes last week and the inauguration next week."

<http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/01/12/vote.challenge.ap/index.html>

CNN fails to mention why it was dropped and how it was stalled by Kathy Blackwells running out the clock. And CNN fails to mention the next step Arnebeck is taking.

"Without giving specifics, attorney Cliff Arnebeck said challenges of the results would continue in state or federal courts. But he conceded that there was nothing available now to try to prevent Bush's inauguration.

"We are not quitting, we are going on to any other forum that's available and we intend to pursue those avenues aggressively," Arnebeck said. "

Lying freaks...why don't they just drop the "News" part of their name? It's really false advertising.

3. Positive light
I guess you could say, so what.....
I mean the people watching CNN and other MSM sources
don't know, and most wouldn't host ideas of election
fraud anyways. Sure it would be nice if they knew the
reason the case was "dismissed" and how Arnebeck wasn't
quiting. But maybe it also gives them a little "shadow"
to work under. You know with the the Republicans
barfing all over the idea if it was in the light.

But believe me, I stand with you in that CNN did not
tell the story fair.

5. Quit watching all of the talking heads. Only watch Democracy Now.
It comes on our free speech channel here in Tampa, and you don't need cable to get it. Hooray!
