Well unless the lived in inner city columbus or cleveland? No. I live in a suburb outside of Columbus (rich, very repug) and I had to only wait for 45 mins...we had 6 machines for 800 registered voters. After voting I went to volunteer in inner city columbus, and the polling location I was closest to had 2,100 registered voters and 3 machines!
