quick question - where's that hand symbol thingy?

someone made up a spiffy symbol that has a hand and says something like "stop election fraud" I can't remember exactly what it says but I know you've all seen it a lot...

Can someone point me to the website for the person that made the symbol, or point me to the place where you can download it?

1. It's among the avatars you can use for your profile.

Select it and right-click it to save it to your drive. On edit--I see it is not available there (thought it was).
