It's sickening. IMHO, this particular inaugural celebration is in especially poor taste given the war in Iraq and the devastation from the tsunami. If Dubya had a fragment of sense he'd tone it down by 30 or 40 mil. Makes me despise the guy even more.

2. Company categories: petroleum, finance, construction

There has been a construction and realestate boom in some parts of the country. Here's some of the ones that aren't obvious:

Lots of petroleum: Hunt consolidated is also petroleum.

Golden Eagle industries: owned by Charlotte billionaire CD Spangler is in construction

Kojaian Ventures: realestate

Finance includes: Long Beach Acceptance Corp., Rooney Holdings Inc.

Southern Co.: electricity producer.

Strongbow Technologies: servers(computer) especially for the financial industry.

In searching these, I've found several listed as contributors to Bush's campaign also.
