Ohio election suit withdrawn, but stay tuned
Commentary from Cliff Arnebeck and the citizens who filed the complaint on the meaning of the suit, and how this thing isn't over yet.

2. Not So.
They are obviously hinting at a federal civil rights lawsuit.

Remember something called Paula Jones vs. William Jefferson Clinton? That too was filed as a federal civil rights lawsuit. It resulted in a sitting President being deposed in an open ended way, which led to questions about Lewinsky, and you know the rest.

The point is a plaintiff in a federal civil rights lawsuit, who meets minimal pleading requirements (less than Ohio supreme court required) can likely get to discovery, depositions, and hopefully the truth.

7. best you would have said that
about Paula Jones lawsuit back in 1994. All of us would have said that....

My point is not that it WILL go that far, but that it COULD and, from my point of view, it should not be completely dismissed by you out of hand.

Agree to disagree, I guess.

5. Amazing. My company screening software removed my
comment about pounding heads against the wall.

What I said was that thousands of sp.rm cells pound their heads against the egg walls before one if finally able to penetrate successfully. The funny thing is that the previous sp.rm cells had weakened the egg walls by certain chemical processes. We each owe our lives to the cells that arrived earlier and allowed the one cell to get through.

I presume that the word sp.rm, fully spelled out was regarded as some sort of p.rn. We are truly living in some very scr.wed up times when it's considered vulgar to discuss one of the original cells of life.
