Odds of the Supreme Court deciding outcome of BBV challenge??
If and when we have enough of a Federal Case against this election, will the Supreme Court simply be handed the final say again?

Isn't that where this will ultimately end up anyway?
Will we get the challenge through the courts before Bush appoints John Asscroft or Ken Star, etc. to the SC?

Scares me to no end. I've watched an enormously unified movement to stop Bush before. In many forms, fear factor is alive and thriving..

2. That's it. Anything else would be a concession to treason.

I have been posting on DU since the beginning of GOP's illegal tyranny against Bill Clinton.
I am certainly tiring of the same-shit-different-day that goes with the Neocons movement to takeover our American Democracy.

Though it begin long before Bil Clinton emerged as a presidential candidate, it was his defeat of G Bush Sr, that the gloves came off and Clinton was their target.
They knew how powerful he was and set out to destroy him. Clinton simply stepped forward and interrupted the Bush Newcons/corporate control & oil business.
There was NO WAY Gore or Kerry or anyone else was ever going to succeed in such a detour of the Bush neocon agenda agin. They saw to that, whatever it took.

Yes our government has been hijacked.
Yes our voting system has been skewed in their favor.

But as born and bred American Patriots that we are, to contimue the fight is what we will do.
The alternative is what? ......No,"not in our America."
There is a great passion in America to fight back and that is evident by the many postings n DU and work behind the scenes, as promised by Michael Moore, John Edwards, John Kerry, and the many web sites availible.
I still believe there are many more of us than them.
The votes of this election do not show our strength. They were intended not to.

Tks Blaze

Probably still too much activity to replace them.
