2. Hi, berniew1.
This is of course not surprising.

But I wanted to comment on the site you linked to. It's a good resource to have, and made me want to see what else the FLCV had to say about this past election.

However, the election fraud main page isn't linked to the FLCV main page. I only found it by following the link in your profile.

Since the page says FLCV works "to educate the public about... the political process," it would be nice to have a link to the voting problems page. Plus it would get the word out to more people. Are you a member of this org? Can you pass my suggestion along to them? Or is there a reason it's not linked?

3. Although FLCV is interested in fair elections, not everything I do
is related directly to FLCV. Although I originally bought the web site to put up the FLCV environmental education pages, and the site has an FLCV FTP root, not everything on other web pages is directly related to FLCV. Its my web page which I donate a section of to FLCV Education Fund. FLCV was just the first use on the site.

all results from all states are suspect
Might Kerry have done much, much better than 51%?
Are we being governed by a 35% majority?

I sense trouble brewing

7. I agree with you totally. It was wholesale theft. Not only of
Kerry's votes, but I believe Congressional and Senate races too.

9. "Default to * from straight Dem ticket" seems intriguing, like it might
leave behind some obvious statistical clues.

11. Berniew1, I believe you may have figured out the key to the fraud.
It seems reasonable to me that the machines are programmed to default to Bush or to record false Bush votes in cases where the vote would be rejected for one reason or another. I think some other posts have suggested this too. It could explain at least 2% of the false shift to Bush. The rest probably came from personal interventions of some kind, patching the machines after certification or just doodling as a technician or inserting a program into the central tabulators or hacking, who knows? The number of doors to get into the room are many, but once you get in there it's not a hard thing to do evidently.

But I think you've got one of the keys to explain the divergence, at least in the majority of states, if not in the critical states where some stronger measures were probably used.

The statistics make it certain that fraud took place. Exactly how it took place is up for grabs. Unless you're one of the robbers, nobody can be certain how the heist took place. Your theory is maybe the best one.

Machine problem
Cthaise on Pech Road, Katy, Harris County, Texas
Voter voted on the first early day to vote in Houston (october 18th) by electronic machine. Voter chose Kerry and when she checked her ballot she found that bush was selected. This happened one or two more times. By the third or fourth attempt kerry showed up as selected and voter submitted her vote.

Why is this logged on the 2nd if it happened on October the 18th? Was this system not up until Nov 2nd?

13. My Houston precinct isn't listed, but I'm not sure I have a complaint.
The system at the precinct: stand in line, get signed in and issued a number that's good for an hour or so; stand in line, vote. The number serves as a password allowing you to vote. E-Slate.

Showed up, there were 10 or 12 machines; half were down. They weren't communicating with the machine that assigned the numbers. Maybe 12 people in front of me. But one woman passed out, the poll workers, the technician, and most of those that had input their pass-numbers stopped to take care of her, stand around, call ambulance, etc.

After 20 minutes, a number of the people that had already gotten their pass numbers left. They wouldn't have been allowed to vote later. At some point the pollworkers stopped issuing numbers: they knew that anybody that got them would be in line an hour or longer.

By this time there were a fair number of people lined up waiting to get their pass numbers. Some of them began leaving. A few minutes after the woman decided she was well enough to continue voting she left, the tech got the other machines up, and the lines vanished in short order.

I'm not sure what the overall racial breakdown was for my precinct; but those there when I was there were maybe 45+% black, 45+% Latino, and the rest white or Asian.

14. I voted straight-line Democratic in NC
I voted early (first day of early voting in NC) and I've been thinking since Election Day that my vote might not have been counted or was counted incorrectly. Now I'm even more concerned.

I wonder if there is any way to go back and check one's ballot from a Sequoia voting machine. If so, I'll be on my way tomorrow to do it.

18. In NC a straight ticket does not record a vote for President.
You have to make a separate vote for President.

Why don't you send this to Madsen (and Arnebeck?)?
I do understand he's still working on the fraud thing (with Arnebeck).
(I hear this second hand; but given the recent request for the DOJ to do a criminal investigation of Blackwell and what this source has told me, I think something potent is brewing behind the scenes)

The Acres Home precinct in Houston is almost entirely African American. I'm sure some of the others are also, but that is one I know about for sure.

21. Dont Forget State Legislature "Investigating" 3 Dem Close Wins
Apparently if a Democrat has a close victory, that is considered "cheating" in Texas, and the race is called for the Republican.

People who think Ohio and Florida are bad should see how awful it is down here.

25. 2 have dropped their complaints, I think..
Only the Vo case is still going on?? I was wondering if the repukes REALLY wanted to open a can of worms by looking into Texas' voting system. You would think the nat'l people would just tell them to take one for the team and STFU.
I say that 2 have dropped the issue cuz I vaguely remember from a Texas blog site that someone said "2 down, 1 to go".

24. One machine's data in my county was sent to Canada...
cuz they couldn't extract the votes..so the machine sat around and collected dust for a WEEK after the election til someone sent whatever it is they had to send up to a Canadian lab.

Go to this site and watch the video clip of Texas bubbas being told by Diebold that numbers NOT matching when the e-votes were calculated has happened before and the Bubbas just accept it, no questions asked. Of course not..cuz guess who benefits from the "wrong" numbers..it ain't us. It takes a few minutes to load but it is there.

http://safevoting.org

I still wish someone would explain how Dallas County voters elected a Hispanic lesbian for county sheriff YET these same voters picked shrub by 51%-49%???? Was there not something mentioned in Florida about the repukes saying that they only needed 51% to win. Think it a repuke politician that didn't want too big of a number spread with the fraud.

26. 3 birds, 1 stone
Would have helped Delay, Sessions, and also padded shrub's so called "mandate". Texas would not have gone blue but who would think to look at TX for suspect shrub votes??
There is an urban-rural thing going on in TX...Austin area went blue, Dallas was 2% from going blue, Houston's county went purple, El Paso area went blue.
