fight harder that way.
Not only may OH whistleblowers upset the EC.. enough right there to boot the GOP out,.. some might also reveal a national scheme. Booting the GOP out after an even more massive public furor, as in the Ukraine.
Anyone know the status of other election fraud factors? ... Curtis, Madsen, and lawsuits?
South America is going LW according to DU posts... chile, argentina, venezula, equador, uruguay, brazil. India guaranteed total employment 3 months/yr, so maybe they are also LW.. i dont know for sure. Total, not our phony 4%=total.
Avoid all media on jan 2O. And dont buy a thing. site for that is

Another post said, continue the idea every twentieth of every month as a demonstration of a hugely growing movement against Bush.
Imagine you just won ten million, or Kucinich just was installed as prez... and see how much more you feel like getting done today!

in politics and you gotta give people the right to mend their ways or grow a conscience or just plain old wake up. It will happen. We must be solid, stop the in-fighting. Keep going forward. They did not kill us. We are still here and we are not going to go away!!

2. Excellent! It's all about perspective - we're fighting for our lives here. |
|
And if we let ourselves be downcast, to feel inferior, to feel like 'losers', we become that which we fear most, and we assist those whom we would oppose... all those who seek to divide us, to chide us, to minimize us. We won't let it happen, we're immune to their mind games.
... if by a liberal they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, their civil liberties.. if that is what they mean by a liberal then I am proud to be a liberal. -- John F. Kennedy
Believe in yourself!
Believe in each other!
We shall overcome!

4. Well, I absolutely agree with being cheerful... |
|
...but I don't think we should be waiting around for whistleblowers or any other kind of saviors. As the Hopis just said
"We are the people we have been waiting for."
It's up to us to save our democracy--and to stop this fascist Empire from invading any more countries, and destroying us and everyone else.
How?
First baby step (but an all-important one): We MUST recover our right to vote.
Bush's Congress isn't going to give us back our right to vote, now that they've taken it away. And I don't believe the Democrats have the power or the will to retrieve it (look at their record so far!)
It has to be done state by state, through state election rules--and A.S.A.P.
Scandals come and go. Whistleblowers come and go. The BushCon media sweeps them all away. Look at the GAO reports of Halliburton corruption in Iraq--just for one! In the past, that alone would have been enough to sweep an administration out of office.
But these guys are not sweepable. They own the broom!
And we've got to get that broom back. Power is the thing. Not evidence, not scandals. What do they care? They are as corrupt, and thieving, and criminal as they can be. The only thing that counts is the power to remove them. That's why they took it away--with their paperless voting and their secret source code.
The reason I'm cheerful is that I think we are at the vortex of power in the world--obviously--and are uniquely positioned to call off the dogs of war and send fascism back into its creepy-crawly cave. The campaign and the election showed me that Americans are awakening in a big way, but that great democracy movement we had going during the campaign took a big blow, for a new movement--election fraud! But we are recovering--and we are the majority.
Also, the BushCons are forcing Americans to define what they think their democracy is--to recover its fundamental values, and to fight for them. And it's causing Americans to look at a much bigger picture of the world, and all the problems that we have--global corporations running our government; the military-industrial complex bleeding us dry--and all the trouble and suffering that our very corrupt government is inflicting on others.
We just have to get people more informed about what's happened to their right to vote--and get that job done in the states. If we can have a fair and honest and transparent election in 2006, we will be well on our way to restoring sanity in our country--and we will have learned some tough lessons about vigilance, and what's really worthwhile in this life.
