NYT: "Study Cites Human Failings in Election Day Poll System"

Doesn't the NYTs have any sense of responsibility giving such front-page prominence to a "conclusion" all based on this "hypothesized" shit --

The researchers focused instead on the median age of the surveyors, 34, and they hypothesized that perhaps younger voters felt more comfortable than older voters submitting questionnaires to younger surveyors.

When was a 34-age median considered young?

Like WMD, maybe the paper o'record will get around to apologizing on page 18 for this tragic disservice to mankind.

3. I didn't know the NYT was in the "comedy" business!
That's the header of my letter to the Public Editor, Daniel Okrent.

6. And how old were the interviewers for other exit polls? Do you know?
Or were 1/3 of the interviewers under 24 for this election only? How about past elections in this country or in others? How about when people were maybe not so keen on saying they were voting for Nixon's second term?

7. Nixion better than Bush
I don,t know about other elections. I just got the information from Mitofsky's report. I was one of the few who voted for McGovern in '72 here in Utah. Almost everybody I knew said they were voting for Nixon. He was the worst president we've ever had, the present occupant of the White House excluded.

8. Maybe that's a sign "Impeachment on the Way?"
Nixon > Bush = Bush Impeachment Coming? Anyone think that may happen or is it wishful thinking on my part? A derserving thought anyway.
