Proof of Vote fraud has happened in Ohio before

I found this while I was googling and thought it might help
attorneys Robert Fitrakis, Susan Truitt, Cliff Arnebeck and Peter Peckowsky against the attack by Ohio's GOP Attorney-General James Petro.

The news media has deliberately hid from you THREE aspects of the wiretapping story that affects EVERY LAST CITIZEN in Cincinnati:

1) 50 pages of sworn, court-ordered testimony have been given by wiretapper Leonard Gates in which he states that he was ordered by an official from the Security Department at Cincinnati Bell to wiretap into the Hamilton County voting machine on election night - AND - told his tap would allow YOUR VOTES to be stolen and altered through electronic fraud; this testimony was made possible by the 1981 Cincinnati's PAC lawsuit against the Hamilton County Board of Elections. The testimony was admitted by Judge Richard Niehaus.

2) The news media has never adequately reported Judge Niehaus' 1985 ruling - in that same Cincinnatis lawsuit against the Board of Elections - that our local vote-counting computers did not have "adequate safeguards" against computer fraud. Have you ever even heard of this astounding decision?

3) The news media is especially frantic to hide from you the fact that the CINCINNATI'S Political Action Committee has been - alone - fighting the leadership of the Republic and Democratic Parties AND the news media for the last eight years to try to bring this story to the public and make sure YOUR VOTE counts in the way you actually vote. Right now your vote can be easily stolen by computer fraud. The Greatest Cover-Up Of All:

The following is the written testimony submitted by computer expert Robert Strunk to Judge Richard Niehaus after the Judge had ruled in 1985 that the Cincinnati's PAC's suit against the Hamilton County Board of Elections was correct.

The Judge had stated in his ruling that: "There is no adequate and proper safeguard to prevent the computers from being programmed to distort the election results." This is one of the most superb statements ever issued by any computer expert since computers began to be used to count votes in the United States circa 1974.

The system Strunk is warning against is the CES IBM punch card system which is still being used in much of the nation in 1996. Despite Strunk's devastating expose of the weaknesses of the system, the Judge failed to provide a remedy to the wrong he had diagnosed, and the system is still used in Cincinnati as of this writing in May of 1996. - Jim Condit Jr.

5. Let's face up to the fact that Black voters have been cheated.

Since they won the vote. And a large part of this country paid NO attention.

Let's just do it, honestly.

And now that we've ALL been disenfranchised, let's go humbly to the Black Caucus and thank them and learn from their painful and courageous experience.

Really, this makes my head nearly explode. Proof of fraud? WTF, if every time thousands of Black voters are defrauded of their right to cast a vote, THAT'S FRAUD! That's enough already. There's no second echelon to factor in "only Black voters, mostly, were preyed upon".

7. There is some strange local politics in this state.

During the campaign, I was calling there for Kerry, and one woman told me a whole bunch of stuff about local Dems fighting amongst themselves. It sort of went in one ear and out the other, but it didn't sound like there was much solidarity in the party. They were more concerned with some of this local infighting than the Presidential race, even though they knew they were a swing state and the decision could have hinged on them.

It wasn't as bad as Iowa though where the Repubs registered as Dems to vote in the Caucuses, and then voted for Bush.
