I'm at work, and can't listen, but I heard previews.

Bush's speeches ususally are good, he has excellent writers. I don't care for his delivery style, but some do, and to each their own.

The problem isn't with the content or really even the delivery of the speech. It is the fact that they are about 99% bullcrap
