Ron Reagan on MSNBC: "We've killed more children in Iraq than died here
on 9-11."

Wow. Chris Matthews was actually speechless for a moment. I can't believe I just saw this on MSM. (They've been covering the protest area pretty extensively, too... surprise, surprise!)

1. Hey Ron, what do you mean "WE"? You should say "GWB"
No need to smear half of the USA...

2. Yeah, but right after the speech
They were all talking about how wonderful it was. How it brought back memories of Kennedy and Reagan-- I about lost my lunch! I haven't watched since.

Ron Reagan is offering "political commentary" with Chris Matthews and various others.

Edited for spelling. Trying to hurry and get back to the TV. I've been jumping from channel to channel all morning and finally decided to watch MSNBC, but I'm Tivo-ing CSpan2 so I can relish the protests as long as I want!

5. The press should remember this: Just the facts.
Matthews should start acting like a journalist and stop flinching everytime he hears facts that paint the boy king in an ugly light.

Chris Matthews was waxing on how we were bringing democracy to the middle east. How freedom of speech was now possible in some places. Ron then interjected that it was interesting though that at Bush rallies, anyone wearing an anti-Bush teeshirt was hauled out of there by the SS, and some were arrested. Chris then turned his back on Ron, and addressed democracy in the mid east to the other people sitting with them.

Ron Reagan is FANTASTIC!!!!!

10. Ron Reagan was good when he first started speaking up...
now I think he's gotten a taste of fame and he's more interested in being a popular and paid pundit than speaking his mind.

14. Love that Ron Reagan, Jr!!!
He has a brain and isn't afraid to use it. And he has a mouth that he's not afraid to use either. And he has a heart. Too many journalists are cowardly lions, scarecrows, or tin men.... or they have sold out.
