Just got back from the inauguration

My daughters back was hurting her so we couldn't stay any longer.
It took about 75 minutes to get through the security check point. Once in we were by the ANSWER bleachers for the most part but walked up and down the route for several blocks in each direction. Much more of a police presence than last time, saw police from Dayton, Chicago, VA, MD state troopers, etc. The crowd appeared to be smaller than last time but it could be that it was much more spread out. There also seemed to be more * supporters than last time. I'll post some picts shortly.

3. Nice sniper pics!

Great pics of the snipers! I lamented having a digicam today, and longed for a real lens! It was so freakin' surreal to see the snipers, then the seemingly endless supply of stormtroopers! Near me, several stormtroopers actually cracked smiles and laughed as the crowd hummed the Star Wars theme...
