BE THE BUSH OPPOSITION; 24/7 -- A Network, not another .org or .com
Edited on Fri Jan-21-05 08:08 PM by understandinglife
Earlier today, in discussions with various colleagues I was asked why did I adopt a network strategy.

The inherent redundancy in networks enables adaptive and robust responses to change and disruption. Thus, I'm modeling BE THE BUSH OPPOSITION; 24/7 on 'networks' and that is why I'm not proposing a website, another .org, another .com, or another 501(c)(3) organization.

As "We The People..." expand the network, by adding numerous nodes (i.e., each committed citizen), the operational coherence need only be in the mission, actions, and shared ethic of the participants. It is, thereby, much harder to suppress, repress, defeat if we keep all the actual activities as dispersed as we each are, yet rigorously networked. And, as I'm sure you all realize, our commitment is much more important than our IP addresses!!

Please encourage all you know to adopt the BE-TBO:24/7 and be creative and persistent. We are then strong, flexible, robust and unrelenting; * and the neocon cabal have never experienced anything like our 'steamroller' because instead of a monolithic entity coming straight at them, we simply entangle them in all their own lies and criminal actions and provide them no means of escape.

Action item suggestion for today:

I've been emailing a large number of folk the photo montage that Brad Friedman created on his site. I've used the Subject: We Are United; Worldwide

Link to Brad's "A Patriotic Commemorative Photographic Tribute...":

Why not for us? Dang and I call myself a S/W engineer and I let you sneak that one up on me.

Just one thing, I'm not gonna be BE-TBO I simply am TBO. The people who aren't on board need to be BE-TBO.

My logo is a paper clip. But a network can easily handle that.

....have joined the net.

I've definitely got to find a better source for orange paperclips. Using orange for all those non-dems who very much want to connect ;-)

Peace.

4. It's the object....
If a republican wants to wear a diamond encrusted paperclip, as long as they are in network, more power to them.

TBO. Paperclip.

12. Much appreciated and...
...I'll take you up on the 'pm' offer when necessary.

Most importantly, given our TBO;24/7 operations model, is that you do those things you consider most effective and keep all the other 'nodes' in the TBO;24/7 net, up-dated.

Thank you and here's one for a great weekend :toast:

It's official! He's all mine now, having sworn in to that fact yesterday. He's MY problem now. He's MY property now. I own HIM 24/7. I have chosen to impeach him. I have chosen to purge him, through legal means, that destroys us. We OWN HIM NOW!

Great thinking & doing understandinglife. Count me in.

"Entanglement: the quantum physics prediciton that under certain circumstances particles that appear to be isolated are actually instantaneously connected through space and time -- is not only known to be demonstrably real, but is far more pervasive and robust than anyone had imagined even a few years ago. Devising new forms of entanglement has become a central focus in the accelerating race towards developing practical quantum computers...

"How long might we have to wait before this fanciful "bioentagled brains" experiment is conducted"? The answer is no time at all. The proposed studies have been performed at least a dozen times over the past 40 years. And they work."

The Power of Commitment by retiring IONS board pres Ian Watson:
..."Commitment is magical. It is what transforms a promise into reality. It is the energy, the electrical current that is needed to make things happen. It is the power to change the face of things...It is the daily triumph of integrity over skepticism....It is what brings a light to our faces and our lives."
