where I can get a county-by-county breakdown of the presidential election? I'm not talking about the red-blue county map, but where it tells the exact percentage each candidate got in each county.

1. Well i'm sure there is better...

But i've used this
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/

To get the breakdown by each county click on the state
of choice, then click a county. If your not sure of the
county and where its located just click any random county
and a list will come up will all the ctys, scroll up
and down.
