What will their next move be?
We're finding too many votes in some counties in FL and OH (and probably other states), too few votes in some other counties, all sorts of other irregularities including a "secret" vote counting in Warren County, Ohio (homeland security issues were used as the excuse).

Ok, so the next step for us is to examine the numbers and do some statistical analysis (which many of us are already doing), and ask for recounts in paper trail counties. In non-paper trail counties, we can compare the number of voters (count how many people "signed in" to vote) with the number of votes cast and make sure they are not too far off. Actually, we can do the same thing in paper trail counties to make sure ballots didn't just "disappear". These are just some of the measures we can take.

However, the Republicans will not give up their stranglehold on government so easily. They will NOT stand by and allow recounts to occur and public records to be examined so that their misdeeds become known. So what will they do to stop us? Here are some possibilities, some more drastic than others: argue that Kerry's concession is legally binding; mount legal challenges to obstruct the recounts (SCOTUS anyone?); "lose" the ballots and/or sign-in records (precinct poll books) so that they cannot be recounted; manufacture phony ballots and records to cover up; declare martial law; bring out OBL or some other November surpise -- possibly even another large terrorist attack... did I miss any obvious ones?

We need to anticipate what they'll do next and be prepared to put up a strong fight. We know that they are not going to give up their ill-gotten power easily.

1. Not all States have their final vote counts yet, also. Provisionals &
Absentees have dates a week after the Election before the counting is done. So, we need the rest of the evidence.

2. I am becoming increasingly concerned that they will bait a trap
with false evidence of election fraud. Then the ever-compliant corporate media will use this one planted story to discredit the entire issue.

Very Rovian.

3. No, I think that RATHERGATE was their way of shutting down
and discrediting the media ahead of time.

4. That was Dan's great last stand
The time to do what we must is upon us individually and collectively, this not an ultimatum but a constant. People in conflict always fail to their weaknesses. The plush life was too much for Dan to give up, (that's why they pay newsreaders like that). Integrity and morals comes from knowing what you will do long before you ever happen upon it.

In spite of all the odds and arrays of hurdles and obstacles placed in front of progressives, leftist and human rights crusaders, the right was parlayed and was losing at the voting box. They had to cheat even more because of it. If that is not an act of desperation I don't know what is. Now is still our time.

The US military is now sending troops into the cities Iraq to kill people at night (they will be shooting at shadows in essence). This is not a sign of anybody looking to secure the peace. Hunters for truth never look for their truth in the dark, but hide in it when they don't want others to know their very real personal shame. We all have done much with little, but still we will be able to do much more because of what we are looking for.
