What are 'they' afraid of? The effort we're putting into this.

It is true that our nation is undereducated, overfed, intolerant, road-rage-addicted, violent, disingenuous, celebrity-fixated, environmentally-dismissive and sexually-neurotic. It is also true that our nation is generous, kind, imaginative, nurturing, creative, insightful, honorable, capable, powerful, unique and extraordinarily compassionate.

How much of each are we? In which direction does Bush's faulty 'mandate' point? In which direction MUST we point in order to avoid a new American dynasty of corruption?

WE can decide.

WE are deciding.

OUR grassroots effort is unprecedented.

They thought they could defraud the American people, but they cannot.
They will be found out, and the Republic will again understand the value of accountability.

And this will happen in only one way. We support our elected Democratic representatives. We put pressure on them in constructive ways, and we provide extra support for them whenever we can. And we fight every fight that needs fighting.

WE are the reason Senator Boxer stood up to object Jan 6.

WE are the reason "Make Every Vote Count" has been introduced in the House.

WE are the reason that America has not gleefully leapt from the cliff, into Vietnam-esque amnesia, and dreams of Empire.

WE are the reason that we will win.
