Mail Sensenbrenner - Don't lose our focus!
Now that we have a new forum name, we need to make damn sure we don't lose our focus! Not only do we need to keep the support up for Boxer, Conyers... as well as Byrd, Kennedy and Waxman... but we need to remember to mail the Republicans as well. Why? Because we need to make them know that we are here and haven't given up. If we don't speak they will take our silence as reason to not acknowledge our existence and the legitimage legal demands we represent.

We need an investigation into this election!

Mail Sensenbrenner until he breaks and gives in!

Don't forget that.

1. focus is key.
This is about election reform. This is about accountability. This is about consent. This is about immediate issues and those coming on our horizon.

Today the Republicans had yet another chance to stand and place their positions before the public. And the points they raised fell well short of the mark of reasoned, rational debate.

The talking points "issued" to those Republican speakers spoke of:

Follow the leader
Don't ask questions
Might makes right
Move on
Because I said so

You may notice the more they are exposed to speaking and publicly supporting their positions the more overt and troubling their "language" becomes.

The simple focus now is reasserting the "consent of the governed" in national politics.

Don't forget.
