4. Great work, but sickening GOP actions
I hate to think how much of what we read is one of their plots. Thank Gawd for "real" journalists.

24. Agreed...
...yet another example of good work from The Nashua Advocate. Although I will be sending them a bill for the mouthful of red wine I lost over reading the following statement in the "Jim Petro" article :

Thanks, Jim!
God you're an idiot.

Edited on Wed Jan-26-05 01:05 AM by Carolab
did any ONE of them actually print the truth about this? And, if not, should we wage a campaign for corrections?

10. Too late...the story's already run as a Dem. "voter suppression" story...
...in the RW and MS media....(e.g. on Paul Harvey). ..and it's not likely to be corrected.

14. But the damage has been done, and there will never be a MSM followup story
to explain the truth.

It is too late.

12. What I'd like to see investigated...
Is the conjunction between T. Ridge, Homeland Security,
firstresponders.gov, $500,000(tax dollars), and the
appearance of the SBVT.

There's a conspiracy to sink your teeth into.

13. The truth eventually comes out, thats why I am hopeful.
So many here let their spirits get down, but I have seen time and time again that the truth usually gets out.

16. In Central Ohio, we were told to locae personal vans as the rethugs
had pre-rented area vans in an attempt to block dem use of vans. I do not condone the tire slashing but I wonder if these vans were were actually intendedfor use or to derail Dem GOTV activities.

21. I wondered that, too, Ma.
But it's still so lame.

It's like the Iraqification of the conflict.

17. Will the MSM rescind their reports or will they be allowed to stand
as reported? The GOP disrespects honor and truth. I'm afraid they will continue with their antics until they are exposed for the fraudulent party they have become! After all, people behave as they are ALLOWED to behave!

20. Well, what are we here for? To spread the truth, right? So --
-- send this article (or any other article you consider "true") to people you know. Send them a URL to the places you know of which, you believe, tell the truth. And I don't just say this for the sake of The Advocate -- I say it as a general matter.

You *cannot* stop a truth, once it has "escaped," from spreading to wherever people are open to new ideas -- but spreading the truth is hard work.

It doesn't happen by itself.
