Need a concise title...talking point if you will

We need to start addressing the War in Iraq for what it is.
It is NOT a war. It is genocide for profit.
Perhaps if we start a grassroots effort we can find a suitable name to call it in all of our posts.
I tried to start a poll--but I am not a donor--yet--hopefully after the first of next month I can attain that status.:)
So if someone would start a poll--I personally like "Iraqi Holocaust"--more suggestions? Lets get on board with this and pass what we decide to our elected Representatives.

Funny, the USSR was the Evil Empire because they invaded and occupied other countries to spread their economic and political philosophies.

You can't "force" Democracy on a People. Democracy requires the the People are engaged. If they don't bring about Democracy on their own, then the chances are slim that it will ever be a true Democracy.

2. "The American Empire"

Calling it an "ism" confuses what we say with what we do. No matter what Bush says we are doing, and no matter why people think we are there, it is what it is. Our Empire. A crappy, draining empire, but it is ours nonetheless. And Bush is the Emperor, because like the Roman Emperor, his power over the conquered lands is total even as he pretends to obey legal constraints at home.
