1. the smoking gun
at last hard evidence! It looks like there will have to be a criminal investigation by the House Judiciary Committee. Hooray,
Hooray!

2. That is tampering
Edited on Wed Jan-26-05 08:49 PM by RaulVB
They manipulated the ballots, thus preventing the Kerry-Edwards votes from being counted, if I understood correctly!

3. not only manipulated/switched from Kerry to Bush
where's the majority, if they had to take ballots and do cut and paste in the back room for a win, there's no majority.

4. Correct!
Well I learned that long time ago.

Kerry got more vote than the guy in the White House. That is a fact.

5. Wonder why...

21. I keep thinking maybe Arnebeck has been aware of this and other tampering
SINCE the recount...and that was why he chose to change the venue of his claim.

This is indeed a huge discovery. And if there are several witnesses, and also photographs. And this no doubt happened in numerous other recounts (verification of which has probably been already obtained during the 40-day silence).

This IS the beginning! These brave people speaking up. We must keep the faith.

8. Green recount people bullied by Ohio election reps.
There was one woman who was run off the road, there were tires slashed (funny the MSM didn't cover that one), and the attitude was generally hostile. Sometimes they had to observe from 5 feet away or were not allowed to speak and sometimes it was obvious that the
"random sample" had been prepared ahead of time, not to mention buddy buddy meetings of election officials with the Republicans (observers excluded), volunteers who were republican's one day and impartial observers the next and the free entry of Triad and other companies who were allowed to constantly access the machines during the process.

12. I think if you go back and look at the diaries of those that worked
on the recount, they referenced this. I think the biggest obstacle there is to an investigation is that those responsible to the citizens to investigate and prosecute are repukes or part of the weed's admin, under the control of the repukes.

Maybe this will force their hands and make them investigate.

{{{fingers crossed}}}

10. Hey, here is a thought...
If these ballots are still extant, and can be provided for forensic review....

Well, ever try NOT to leave a partial fingerprint on the adhesive side when applying a sticker or a piece of tape?

18. evidence
aren't they required by law to keep the ballots for 2 years. Of course the way the Republicans interpret the law, that's probably in nanoseconds.
