Curious of what actually happens, when the recount sticker story proves
that the Ohio election recount is fraudulent. Will it be nullified? Then what. Another recount and if it turns out that let's say that Kerry had actually won, it was already certified, what happens?

1. Nothing
Bush will still be President.

Unfortunate...but true.

3. but at least it could silence those who still insist there was no fraud.

6. True-- but....
This adds more credibility in the evidence of fraud which is a very important development. Maybe I'm naive but at some point, I believe that a savvy investigative journalist will grab hold of this story and run with it and then let the chips fall where they may. I've spoken to enough writers now to know that with enough evidence, there will be someone willing to do the story- but all feel, in spite of the evidence they've read so far, that there still is no "smoking gun".

So, will it remove him from office? Probably not. Will it absolutely challenge his credibility? Yes. Plus, if the story is done by someone like Sy Hersch or Bob Woodward and receives national attention, then it will be picked up by MSM and it will absolutely dent his credibility. Plus, this story can clearly demonstrate irrefutable evidence from other states besides Ohio I believe there will be grounds for a law suit - after all, as far as I know, election fraud is illegal.

Please continue to circulate these stories to media and to friends and please remember to stay on message regarding remaining non-partisan. This is not about removing Bush from office. This is about whether there has been fraud in our election process. What happens after this all comes out (and again- call me naive but I truly believe that it will)- is whatever happens next.

5. My hope is to see criminal prosecutions. Set an example
for those who would commit criminal election fraud.

7. But it appears, based on the Ohio AG's filing a suit against Moss v Bush
that in Ohio every official is in cahoots, in which case the federal gov has to step in,
which again would get really blurry with Gonzales at the helm.
This sucks!

16. I know it sux! But there is still the request
for FBI investigation (AS IF it'll get anywhere), but most importantly, trying to get the full House Judiciary Committee to hold hearings. Send your polite letters to Sensenbrenner!!!!!!

10. Unless, of course, a conspiracy is proven
that goes to the top, then we can have an impeachment discussion. If the POTUS was about to be indicted, the Republicans would have to get on board if they ever expected to win another election. This, of course, is nothing but a pleasant daydream. Nothing will happen.

17. Undoing an election is not the object. Our concern is to
make future elections clean, and prosecute election criminals as a warning that there will be consequences for crimes.

15. There was a lot more wrong in the Recount than just stickers...
I was there.

Take the "random" sample precincts... how about those so-called "random" ballot boxes being opened up and the punchcards were all in there PRE-SORTED by who was voted on for President. And NO chads or even rough punch holes, not one.

That's just ONE of the many things that I saw myself. There was a ton of stuff wrong.

Please note that there are still lawsuits pending, but given the political climate in OH I don't hold out a lot of hope for another recount at this point. Even if that happened, ** is the President now, to get him out the only way would be impeachment. To impeach ** on the basis of the election we would have to prove that he, himself had knowledge of fraud and/or participated in "high crimes and misdemeanors".

But keep fighting, folks... we need to keep hollering about this.

And keep working for change. Here is a good place to start:
