Florida updated their elections website
http://enight.dos.state.fl.us/

The numbers seem to match up now. Before there were some counties with an alarming difference of votes and voters (More votes than voters).

Isn't scary how they just adjust numbers like this?

1. Do the #'s add up?
Are the new #'s the same overall in votes for each candidate?

2. Of coarse they'll add up.
They aren't going to leave something so basic undone.

6. Strange how broward county had not provisionals
I was a poll watcher at a precinct in Broward county, and at the end of the day we had 7 provisional ballots. Yet that website claims that Broward had zero provisionals. That seems kind of strange.

7. Why is Seminole reporting zero?
We had at least 8 to 10 people in one precinct voting provisional ballot.

8. It's REALLY strange

Broward County has 750 precincts. If there were 7 provisional ballots in just one precinct, how many would on expect county-wide?

Guess it's time to get their precinct data, if it's up yet.

On edit: In 2002, the Broward data was in a huge web page of 6.7 MB and 188,000 lines of text, although many of the lines were blank. Removal of the blank and some redundant lines left a svelte 97,000 lines of text.

Enjoy!!!

10. I bet, though when you analyze it, you'll still find greater than 100%
of registered voters casting votes. Are they adding votes cast? Or subtracting machine votes?

13. I think I know what the problem is:
People are casting absentee ballots in one county where they may have been registered as voters due to previous residence, and voting in another county where they are new voters. I just connected the dots late last night. I'm not even sure if these people are aware of the double vote.

11. WTF
While nothing surprises me with the boldness of how far they will go, don't they have to show where the numbers went. Isn't there a bit of accountability in this. If not, can anyone just hack the database and do what they feel like.

15. I have pre- and post-update Florida data for all counties
I posted about the Florida vote discrepancy (>250,000 excess votes across 13 total counties) on Sunday night, and then summarized the changes that occurred on Monday in a separate post.
