Trouble in Ohio - Did You Notice it Started in Cuyahoga?
Edited on Mon Nov-08-04 05:19 PM by BayStateBoy
While watching the returns I was struck very early on by trouble in Ohio.

When the Cuyahoga returns came in with Kerry winning by far less than anticipated, I knew that there was big trouble in the Democratic wards.

Don't know if 135,000 votes could be harvested to win Ohio, but doesn't anyone other than yours truly think we need to get a recount in (FL) and in at least Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

1. ohio
When I looked at the 2000 results, we find that bush won Ohio
by about 100,000 votes, that was with Nader in the fold
2004 Nader was NOT on the ballot and Bush wins by 136,000 votes?

Here in Oregon in 2000, Gore won Oregon by 6-9000 votes
that was with Nader, Nader received over 100,000 votes
2004 Oregon without Nader on the ballot, Kerry wins by over 80,000

So with that, there is something fishy about Ohio

2. Do not forget Cincinnati...
Very long lines, and a majority voted yes on Issue 3 (giving Gays/Lesbians the right to legal recourse if discriminated against in housing or work). Now would a person say yes on 3, and still vote for the chimp...I doubt it!

6. I think Issue 3 was just a city issue, not a county issue..
Kerry probably won in the city, but lost in the county.

3. Earlier today, I found this link and bookmarked the page...
http://pages.ivillage.com/americans4america/id20.html

Americans for America

Cuyahoga County Precincts

Each precinct in Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Highlighted areas represent 90% (very VERY unlikely) and higher (up to 1160.78%) voter TURN-OUT! 29 are above 100%
Calculated from data on county page - http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/BOE/results/currentresults1.htm

(Ballots Cast/Registered Voters) * 100 = % turn out.
Ballots Cast SHOULD NEVER be more than Registered, thus % should NEVER be higher than 100%

This amounts to 93,136 EXTRA votes beyond 100% in those precincts! This is just for ONE county!

No further evidence needed - a recount MUST be done - and possibly another national election using ONLY paper ballots, hand counts, and observers making sure all counts are valid. I don't trust these computers AT ALL! We should have the UN observe!

LOOKS JUST LIKE FLORIDA, BEFORE THEY CHANGED THEIR ELECTION PAGE!
THE TABLE I COULDN'T COPY, AND I COULDN'T DOWNLOAD THIS PAGE TO MY HARD DRIVE...

4. They'll do just like Florida is doing
'adjust' the numbers so awol loses a few votes, but the FRAUDULENT outcome remains the same. I sure hope Bev got enough data before the 'big switch' started taking place.

7. Provisionals not counted yet
so we donb't know how many we're down by yet. Could be MUCH less than 135,000.

I had the same feeling listening to the returns. It was weird.

HAND recount wherever possible. There are just too many strange discrepencies.

Apart from the whole fraud issue, it chaps my butt that people had to stand in line for hours, that voters were challenged for no good reason, were given provisional ballots that don't seem to be properly audited/counted/handled, the ballot counting was walled off, that people had such trouble with absentee ballots. It all just stinks. I'd want to fix the crappy system even if I was a Republican (perish de thought).

12. I notice Clark County went for Gore in 2000, but for Bush in 2004
Edited on Mon Nov-08-04 06:22 PM by EndElectoral
All other counties pretty well went as they did in 2000 except Stark County which went for Kerry in 2004 and went for Bush in 2000.

The numbers went dramatically up in terms of voters. What is amazing is that the new voters paralleled the 2000 election so much...Seems odd.
