4. Al is about to go on a USO tour

again to Iraq. He doesn't want the Chimp-worshipping troops seeing headlines that he is spearheading an investigation into voter fraud.

At least Bob Hope was a right-winger. The troops ought to be entertained by people of their own ideology. Of course, that leaves out most of the artistic talent in the world, but that's the breaks.
