2. Any idea how much local press it's getting?
If people don't know about it, they won't show up!

3. The non-partisan slant is good.
When election results are within 2-3%, every vote MUST count. Given these conditions, maybe winners shouldn't be called so soon.

6. Local Media Outlets
I first heard about this at a talk the other night entitled,
"Disturbing trends in recent American elections."
(Understatement of the century, huh?) I received an email
about this from a progressive local Columbus e-mail list too.
Don't worry. This is circulating by world of mouth and the
Internet.

Local media outlets include:

http://www.dispatch.com (Mainstream paper)
http://www.theotherpaper.com (Alternative Paper)
http://www.columbusalive.com (Alternative Paper)

http://www.nbc4columbus.com
http://www.10tv.com
http://www.wsyx6.com (I think this is the Sinclair owned
Fox/ABC affiliate. Don't count on much there.)

http://www.progressive1230.com (Local Air America affiliate.)
http://www.onnradio.com (State Radio News)

http://www.onnnews.com (Ohio's Own "CNN")

I have been trying to tell everyone I can, but if anything is
going to happen it almost certainly will need to be centered
in Columbus. Anything that you can do to get this talked
about here will likely help!

Thanks to media aggregation many of these outlets share common
owners - I think 10TV, the Dispatch, and ONN are owned by the
conservative Wolfe family so getting this into the paper will
be an uphill battle.
