Everett Herald covers story about lawsuit filed against Sequoia
A little MSM coverage, don't know if AP or anyone picked it up or not

<http://www.heraldnet.com/stories/05/04/08/100loc_voting001.cfm>

paragraph 3 must be a typo, saying the reps and dems are shielding information when it should be Sequoia and Snohomish County that are doing that.

See Beckwith's link on the Snohomish Suit if you want to see the lawsuit itself.

1. Do you smell blood in the water?
I do. Wish I could go to Nashville, but I know you'll do us proud.

4. Seattle PI has picked it up now, too
They included it in an article on the ongoing coverage of the counting of the ballots in the governor's race here.

Meanwhile, Everett lawyer Paul Lehto wants a judge to void the Snohomish County contract with the supplier of its touch-screen computer voting system.
In a King County Superior Court lawsuit, Lehto and co-plaintiff John Wells of Edmonds claim it is illegal for the supplier, Sequoia Voting Systems Inc., to withhold certain information about its software that Lehto wants to inspect.
But Terwilliger said the information Lehto wants is proprietary and protected under the contract.
Based on a statistical analysis, Lehto has claimed that Rossi's Election Day reversal of Gregoire's lead among absentee voters was "a true impossibility."

I really respect your hard work on this issue, Landshark. You are the one who has finally forced this issue to be raised in the same column space as all the other counting/non-counting issues that have been covered repeatedly in the buildup to the court hearing here. Hopefully, some of the people who have been following this coverage will start being more aware of the issue of the problem of corporations having secret, proprietary methods for tallying our votes and will question the appropriateness of that.

5. Thanks Suffragette, and I thought this P-I reporter was going
to wait a week or so to write, but apparently not. I had missed this one.
