OH Coingate scandal, how does it relate to OH 2004 elections?
AmericaBlog has done several blogs on the ever giving Coin-gate scandal in OH. It appears that things stink to high heaven over there in OH, and appears to linked to several members of the OH GOP.

Doesn't this just strengthen things in regards to election 2004 corruption 2004? Are we to believe that as the Coin-gate unravels, that this was just a single concentrated scandal? Oh yeah things we done fair and square in OH, just ask Blackwell!

1. well, for one, tom Noe's wife Bernadette Restivo Noe was Chairperson of
Lucas county BOE and the Chairperson of the Lucas County Republican Party until her recent resignation after the horrendous scandal at the Lucas County BOE concerning the Nov 2 Election as dramatically told by OH SOS Blackwell in the Lucas County Board of Election Investigation.

Lucas Co Ohio BOE Investigation.

Just found at SoS site:
http://serform2.sos.state.oh.us/sos/elections/lucas.htm

Do you believe they allowed repug volunteers unsupervised access to unsecured ballot just prior to the Nov election?

Also guess who served on the Lucas County BOE and was Chirman of the LC Republican Party from 1993 to 2003? You got it, Mr bu$h pioneer himself, Tom W. Noe.

I wonder why the OH BWC would allow an investment of 50+million in risky rare coins?

KEEP FOLLOWING THIS STORY....IT WON'T DISAPPOINT YOU!

2. There is a HAVA connection too
See the May 11, 2005 entry here (there are a bunch of other Noe stories listed as well -- some with cartoon attachments):

http://www.ohiohonestelections.org/

“According to Ney, he came to support the Tigua gaming provision because Abramoff told him that Senator Chris Dodd had agreed to include it in the unrelated Help America Vote Act (HAVA). Dodd, a co-sponsor of HAVA, was an implausible ally for the Tigua, as the Democrat was actually opposing efforts by Indian tribes to rapidly expand gambling in his home state of Connecticut. While e-mail records prove that Ney was backing the Tigua measure as early as March 2002, he said he didn’t approach Dodd until the following July.”

3. Yes its more than a connection..
It seems that Thomas Noe was involved with these politicians all through-out the corrupt Ohio elections. If the F.B.I. does their job for once regarding this, it shall be interesting.

8. Yeah, what's up with Dodd, anyway?
The other day I saw he was one of the Bilderberg attendees in 1999.

7. Wonder what they're saying in coin-collector online discussions
Anybody want to check it out? Might be a way to get some DU-style info to another constituency.
